The US cannot continue to support Israel’s war in Gaza in the same way as it did before because it could become an “accomplice of genocide,” Luis Moreno-Ocampo, a former chief prosecutor at the International Criminal Court has told DW. He was reacting to the ruling of ICJ that said Israel risked genocide in its war in Gaza, and must take steps to avoid this. However, the ruling stopped short of ordering a cease-fire.
