Two years after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, its troops are surging on multiple fronts, while a dwindling supply of Western weapons and munitions leaves Ukraine outgunned. Countries on NATO’s eastern flank are stepping up warnings that a victorious Russia might come for them next…while the death of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny served as a reminder that Vladimir Putin knows few scruples.
