Antisemitism row: Gideon Falter goes head-to-head with march organiser

Estimated read time 2 min read

Gideon Falter, the campaigner at the centre of controversy surrounding a pro-Palestinian protest in London, says any Jewish person should be able to “go for a walk in the vicinity of marches”.

He spoke to Sky’s Kay Burley after footage showed a police officer preventing him from crossing a road near the march because he was “openly Jewish”.

Ben Jamal, director of the Palestinian Solidarity Campaign, says Mr Falter came to the march “with an entourage and film crew” to deliberately provoke a reaction, and say that he was unsafe.
