Top UN court issues ruling: ICJ orders Israel to end its Rafah offensive

The UN’s top court has ordered Israel to ‘immediately and effectively’ end its military offensive in Gaza’s southern city of Rafah. The ruling was issued as part of South Africa’s genocide case against Israel. The International Court of Justice is also demanding Israel open the Rafah land crossing with Egypt to allow lifesaving aid to get into Gaza.
