Civilians, soldiers killed in Nagorno-Karabakh fighting

Fighting over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region has continued for a second day, threatening to reignite a decades-old conflict.
The deaths of soldiers and civilians are being reported on both sides.
And both governments are accusing each other of using foreign troops.
The international community is calling for an immediate ceasefire and a negotiated settlement.
