More than 200 Palestinians killed as four Israeli hostages are rescued | Israel-Hamas war

Sky News was inside al Aqsa hospital as staff dealt with the aftermath of the IDF operation that freed four hostages and killed more than 270 people, according to health officials in the Hamas-controlled strip.

Israeli authorities believe 116 hostages abducted on 7 October remain in Gaza.
