Trump hails ‘big win for democracy’ after US Supreme Court decision over his immunity claim

The US Supreme Court has ruled that Donald Trump is partially immune from prosecution for actions taken while he was in the White House.

The ruling means that the federal election interference case against Trump will return to a lower court, which will then decide how to apply the Supreme Court ruling.
