Over a dozen people dead after boat capsizes in English Channel | DW News

At least a dozen people have died after their boat capsized while crossing the English Channel.

The French coastguard says more than 50 others were rescued. Most of the victims are believed to be women and girls. The UN says at least 30 migrants have died or gone missing while trying to cross to the UK this year.
