Developing nations want China to increase funding for efforts to cope with impacts of climate change

Developing nations will need trillions in climate finance if they are to cope with the impacts of climate change. As negotiations continue to reach a new agreement at talks taking place in Azerbaijan, richer developing countries are being asked to contribute – and one, in particular: China. DW speaks to Niklas Höhne, founding partner of the NewClimate Institute.
