Luton Town captain collapses on pitch after cardiac arrest

Bournemouth’s Premier League game with Luton was abandoned after the away side’s captain collapsed on the pitch.

Tom Lockyer, 29, is now said to be ‘alert and responsive’ after suffering a cardiac arrest at the Vitality Stadium with the match at 1-1.
