Iceland volcano: Cameraman says ‘nobody expected eruption to happen so fast’

Cameraman Björn Steinbekk, who is at the site of the volcano in Grindavik, has spoken to Sky News about the eruption following weeks of seismic activity.

He said: “Nobody really expected it to happen this fast. I was seeing an indication at around 7pm last night. Then all of a sudden this blows up just past 10 o’clock.”
