Storm Ciaran: Public urged to follow Environment Agency’s advice

Science Secretary Michelle Donelan has said Storm Ciaran “will evolve as the weather changes throughout the next few days” and urged the public to follow the Environment Agency’s instructions.

Ms Donelan added that over £4bn of investment is being rolled out to build defences against this type of weather.
