A vote in a time of war: Belgorod shelled as Russians head to polls

At least two people have been killed in in Ukrainian strikes on Russia’s Belgorod region. The Kremlin says Kyiv is trying to disrupt Russia’s presidential election. Belgorod is on the border with Ukraine.
