Antony Blinken: Daily toll in Gaza ‘far too high’ | Israel Hamas war

US secretary of state Antony Blinken has told a press conference in Tel Aviv that the daily toll in Gaza is “far too high” and thousands face food insecurity.

Mr Blinken said civilians in the Gaza Strip must be able to return home, adding the United States are working to secure “lasting security and peace” in the region.
