Apple is resuming sales in the US of its Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 | DW Business

Consumers in the United States can once again buy the latest Apple Watches after the tech company filed an emergency appeal. Sales of the Series 9 and Ultra 2 smart watches were halted in the US over a patent row. Medical devices firm Masimo accused Apple of poaching its staff and technology. The White House refused to overturn a ban on sales and imports. Apple made an emergency request to the US Court of Appeals, which succeeded in getting the ban lifted.
