Brazil floods: Rescue efforts hampered by torrential rain

Rescue workers are braving torrential rain while searching for survivors after last week’s devastating floods in southern Brazil.
At least 136 people have died in the state of Rio Grande Do Sul.
Thousands of people have evacuated their homes but many in poor areas are still stranded.
