Breaking down the U.S.-Ukraine security deal

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy joined leaders at Thursday’s G7 summit in Italy. The group agreed on a $50 billion loan to Ukraine, and President Biden signed a security pact with Ukraine partially aimed at putting it on the road to NATO membership.
