Congressional leaders, White House agree on spending package

A funding package deal appears to be in place before Friday’s government shutdown deadline. Congressional leaders said Tuesday there is an agreement with the White House, which includes funding for the Department of Homeland Security. CBS News’ Scott MacFarlane reports.
