Could net zero cost jobs?

As politicians in Westminster argue over whether to grant new licences for oil and gas in the North Sea, workers at Scotland’s only oil remaining refinery could be facing the sack.

Ensuring jobs in new green industries are there to replace those that are lost as we move away from oil and gas is called a “just transition.” So is there any evidence of that here?
