England’s data showed an increase again for cases per person in the North East while cases in the east of England continued to remain low.
The latest estimates from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) suggest around one in 160 people in England are estimated to have had COVID-19 in the week to 3 July but around one in 100 in Scotland.
