Energy secretary Claire Coutinho outlines plan for ‘high-tech’ nuclear power

Energy secretary Claire Coutinho MP outlines the “next generation of nuclear power”, which she says will utilise “advanced nuclear fuel” and be cheaper and more efficient than what is available now.

Large nuclear power plants will be built alongside smaller, modular reactors that can be made in a factory, she told Sky News’ Wilfred Frost.
