Ethiopia’s Grand Renaissance Dam takes shape

Ethiopia has announced it will not attend this week’s latest round of US-brokered talks with Egypt and Sudan on a disputed Nile dam project.
Engineers at the site of the dam say construction is moving at its fastest pace ever.
