A Russian military transport plane has crashed in the Belgorod region in the south of the country close to the border with Ukraine. The Russian officials said all the people on board, reportedly including 65 Ukrainian prisoners of war, have been killed. The Russian foreign ministry has blamed Kyiv for downing the plane.
