ICC issues arrest warrants for Russian officials over possible war crimes in Ukraine

The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for former Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu, and General Valery Gerasimov.
Shoigu and the current chief of staff of Russia’s military are accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
The court says they directed attacks on civilian populations.
