ICJ hears new case against Israel by South Africa | DW News

The International Court of Justice has been holding hearings over new emergency measures sought by South Africa to stop Israel’s operations in Rafah.

The ICJ convened to hear South Africa’s case where it accused Israel of intensifying what it calls a “genocide” in Gaza. South Africa’s legal team presented its case on Thursday, before Israel speaks on Friday.
