Israeli military says soldiers ‘violated orders’ by tying man to vehicle

Several Palestinians were injured during an Israeli raid in Jenin, located in the northern part of the occupied West Bank. Israel’s military said Israeli soldiers “violated orders” by tying an injured Palestinian man to their vehicle, apparently using him as a human shield, in Jenin, in the occupied West Bank.
