Supporter of Liz Truss, Jacob Rees-Mogg says he “would not serve” in Rishi Sunak’s cabinet if he were to become Prime Minister.

He said he “couldn’t support someone who has been so disloyal” to Boris Johnson “from inside the cabinet”.
