Kim vows ‘full support’ for Russia in Ukraine as Putin visits Pyongyang

Russia and North Korea have signed a treaty that includes a vow of mutual aid if either country is attacked.
The deal is among several other agreements that were signed during Russian President Vladimir Putin’s first visit to Pyongyang in 24 years.
North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un vowed his full support for Moscow’s military offensive in Ukraine.
