People in the US state of Florida are preparing for another powerful storm just weeks after the devastation of Hurricane Helene. Hurricane Milton has been gathering strength over the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It’s due to hit Florida in about two days. Authorities in some places are already telling residents to leave their homes for safety.
