Mariupol close to falling as Russia issues surrender ultimatum to Ukraine troops

Russian troops have given Ukrainian soldiers in the besieged port city an ultimatum to “surrender or die”. Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy says he will scrap peace talks if they are killed.
