Shadow business secretary Jonathan Reynolds says Labour can “make a difference” on tackling migration, and is ready with a “proper, serious response” – unlike the Rwanda scheme which he says is an expensive “gimmick”.
He also outlines Labour’s plans for 350 banking hubs, promoting physical collective banking services which he says are needed by small businesses in areas where no such facilities now exist.
