Missing in action in Ukraine: Indian & Nepali families appeal for safe return

South Asian countries are facing high levels of unemployment, causing many young people to enlist in foreign armies as a means of employment. This decision, however, comes with significant risks and dangers, prompting government intervention and concern from families. Many South Asians are facing dangerous situations and even death while serving in foreign armies. The need for employment opportunities has become so dire that many are willing to risk their lives for a job. The South Asian governments are now taking steps to address the issue and create more job opportunities for their citizens.
