More Russian oligarchs speak out against Putin’s war on Ukraine

As the west ratchet up sanctions on Russia’s Billionaires – including a promise to “hunt down” their yachts, jets and mansions – Some of Russia’s wealthiest oligarchs, known for having close ties to president Vladimir Putin, are speaking out against his decision to invade Ukraine.
It comes as the value of the Russian Rouble has plummeted, costing the richest billions of dollars.
