Moscow attack: Russia blaming Ukraine is ‘predictable’

Russia’s president says the Moscow attack has had links to Ukraine. Volodymyr Zelenskyy responded, saying “it’s completely predictable” for Putin to link the attack to Ukraine.

Chancellor Jeremy Hunt has told Sky News that Russia is trying to create “a smokescreen of propaganda” by accusing Ukraine of involvement in the attack.
