News at Ten: Ice and frost warning as health alert issued for England

Watch News at Ten as a yellow cold weather alert is issued by the UK Health Security Agency across the whole of England.

The warning, which comes into force at 9am tomorrow and lasts until midday on 12 January, said frosts would be more widespread and ice would “likely be an issue for many”.
