During Ramadan, Nablus in the occupied West Bank is typically vibrant, but Israeli raids and movement restrictions have subdued celebrations.
With near-nightly Israeli military raids as well as restrictions on movement, few people are venturing out this year.
Many young decorators have been detained or killed.
