Israel’s military says it mistakenly killed three men kidnapped by Hamas during the October 7 terror attack. The three Israelis were reportedly shot dead after being mistaken as a threat by IDF soldiers fighting the Palestinian Islamist Hamas militants in the Gaza Strip. Protesters are demanding the immediate return of the remaining hostages still held by Hamas – recognized as a terrorist group by several countries – and say their safety must be prioritized.
