Putin revokes Russia’s ratification of nuclear test ban treaty

Russia is revoking its ratification of a global nuclear test ban.
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the bill into law on Thursday, abandoning the landmark agreement.
The treaty which was adopted in 1996 banned all nuclear explosions, including tests of nuclear weapons.
