Putin talks peace but warns that Russia’s nuclear rules may change | Ukraine-Russia War

Vladimir Putin has repeated his warning that he could send weapons to Russian allies that could be used to target the West.

He also said Moscow was not seeking nuclear war, but the country’s nuclear doctrine could change if needed.

The Russian president was speaking at an economic forum in St Petersburg attended by Sky News.
