Residents cough up cash after council ditch Christmas lights

Cash-strapped councils across the country have been cutting back on their festive celebrations this year after cancelling Christmas lights, trees and markets.

However, one community in Kent has taken matters into their own hands, raising £25,000 to save their light display as Sky’s Ashna Hurynag reports.
