Russia gas terminal fire: Officials blame ‘external factors’ for blaze

A fire has broken out at a major Russian liquefied natural gas terminal, on the Baltic Sea.
The Ust-Luga complex is a major LNG terminal on the Gulf of Finland.
Ukrainian media say the fire was caused by a drone attack by Kyiv’s special services.
