Shadow chancellor on her vision for the UK economy, and general election

Shadow chancellor Rachel Reeves has outlined her economic plans, telling Sky News she is aiming for “stability” because that would be a “change”.

She spoke to Ed Conway after a giving speech in London, saying Labour would legislate for a “fiscal lock” to force government spending to be scrutinised, and a new “national wealth fund” to boost the UK’s potential.
