Storm Jocelyn: Weather warnings issued as new storm approaches

The Met Office has issued new wind and rain warnings with Storm Jocelyn bearing down on the country.

It comes less than 24 hours after Storm Isha battered much of the UK, bringing record-breaking winds and widespread damage.
