The US Supreme Court has handed down a ruling that increases the power of the presidency.
It says anything a President does in an official capacity, is immune from criminal prosecution.
The decision will delay Donald Trump’s trial on charges that he conspired to overturn the last election.
President Joe Biden has criticised the court – saying he now fears for the country’s democracy.
