Ukraine War: Kyiv residents dig trenches to fight Russians

The head of Ukraine’s Blue Wings defence unit has told Sky News that Russia will “lose tanks on every street, every block, every crossroads” as Kyiv prepares for the expected Russian onslaught.

Residents are digging trenches in the city centre as Russian troops await just a few miles from the outskirts of the capital.
