Ukraine war: Ukraine asks residents to leave northern border

Russia has launched more attacks on Ukrainian cities.
Its Defence ministry said it carried out high-precision strikes on foreign fighters in Kharkiv.
This prompted evacuation orders for residents living near the front line.
