War crimes in Darfur: ICC prosecutor accuses warring parties of atrocities

The International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor says “there are grounds to believe” both the Sudanese army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces, are committing war crimes in Darfur.
Karim Khan presented evidence to the UN Security Council – after launching an investigation into the surge of violence in Sudan.
