Russia has carried out another airstrike on Ukraine’s second largest city of Kharkiv.
At least 6 people were killed and 10 others injured in an earlier assault. Ukraine’s military says its air defenses destroyed 28 out of 32 incoming drones and three out of six missiles. Russia is stepping up its attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
