Voters in Iran have chosen a new president. Former health minister Masoud Pezeshkian received well over 2 million votes more than his hardline rival in Friday’s runoff. He was the only reform candidate allowed to run — but his ability to deliver change in the shadow of Iran’s Supreme Leader is limited.
