Why Ukraine’s casualty numbers are still uncertain | DW News

It’s been two years since Russia’s full-scale invasion began. Since then, Ukrainian soldiers continue to lay down their lives defending their country. Many thousands of families have been affected – losing children, siblings and parents… and often their only source of income. DW visited some of the widows of those who have been killed in action.
